Release Notes

Upon receiving a non-templated release note rough draft, I make editing and formatting choices that allow the technical updates to shine. I ensure the copy is clear; imagery placement is correct, and the steps to access the new tools are intuitive. 

 

After ensuring the document gets converted to the most current template, I would input the release note into Emma, an email marketing platform. I connect with the teams sending out the release to confirm distributor lists and determine when to send/schedule it to users. At last, the notes get sent out.
